By accessing or using VitalLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Use of the service
VitalLens provides performance diagnostics and reporting. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system stability. Automated access is permitted only through approved interfaces.
Data and content
You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them in order to produce your reports and keep your history.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages at Google’s APIs, and rate limits can all affect scans.
Security
We apply access controls and encryption to protect the platform. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put the platform at risk.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes to terms
These terms may change. Material changes are communicated inside the platform, and the date above always reflects the current version.
